Appointment Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are vital to us at Bloom & Branch. We allocate specific time slots just for you. We understand life can be unpredictable, but to respect our practitioners’ time, we request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment changes or cancellations. Failure to notify us within that timeframe will result in a cancellation fee, equivalent to the price of your scheduled services. For certain procedures with variable costs, a flat fee of $100/hr based on allocated time will be charged. Kindly note that all new and existing guests are required to have a credit card on file with us.

Yes, we cater to the skincare and wellness needs of both men and women. Our gentleman’s facial and LightForce laser therapy is especially popular among men. There are a few services that are for women only, including certain types of facial and body waxing. 

Certain treatments might not be suitable for expecting mothers. It’s crucial to notify our team if you’re pregnant so we can recommend safe and effective services for you. Many of our product descriptions indicate if the treatment is safe during pregnancy, but we encourage you to reach out if you have additional questions. 

No, we do not currently have full-body massage options. However, we massage the face, arms, neck, and hands during our facials.

With organic products, you can expect 95-100% chemical-free ingredients, non-GMO, and sourced without synthetic additives or harmful pesticides.
